Owners of the Expedition Yacht MV Strannik are wanting to employ a Chef with hospitality skills.  The chef would be responsible for preparing all meals for up to 8 guests and 4 crew.  Quality equipment, product and produce provided.  Chef would also be responsible for stock control and provisioning. Chef also expected to kept the galley, freezers and storage areas clean this person is also responsible for cleaning dining areas, crockery, cutlery, utensils and pots etc.
The successful applicant will also be expected to assist other crew in preparing yacht for guests and will be welcome to join shore excursions when their work load permits.  The yacht will be working in Stewart Island and Fiordland for the remainder of this year. This casual position with time off when there are no guests on board. Accommodation and meals provided and transport to and from the vessel included.
