Who am I:

I am former collegiate and professional athlete that has been turned to adventure and life in the outdoors. My work sees me in the wilderness on a daily basis, and my play sees me seeking out the thrill and adventure that has been left vacant by my prior life in sports.

Adventure Experience:

Multi-day survival experience in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains
Glacial kayaking guide in Alaska
Ice caving and trekking guide in Alaska
Over the prior year I spent thorough time throughout the entire western frontier of North America, from the climate extremes of Denali all the way to Death Valley.
Mutli-day trekking and backpacking guide in the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Moab, and  the greater Southwest

Currently a multi-day wilderness guide for REI in Yellowstone and Grand Teton national park.
Prepping for a mountaineering triathlon that is known as  “The Picnic”
Currently forging new trail and backpacking routes in the uncharted Absaroka mountain range

Whats next:

Undertaking “The Picnic” is only just the beginning. The vacancy left by the adrenaline filled world of sports is pushing me to find other avenues to test my limits. I plan on tackling many future adventures that are within the same genre of the picnic. A few of the other mental irons in the fire include: the Arizona trail race, Grand Canyon rim to rim to rim, and creating my own picnic outside of the Tetons.
