I’m Dexter Masayon from Philippines,41 years old, currently working as Machinist /Can Maker at Delmonte Incorporation Philippines, one of the biggest Food Manufacturing Company in our country.I have reasons why I am highly motivated to apply work abroad because it gives me a lot of opportunities to build my skills more and to continue to develop in a growing company is really important to me.Third and foremost I want to be sorrounded by great people, excellent environment and working as a team to achieve our goals.

In my professional Machinist/Can end Maker I was required to display a number of proficencies that I did to the best of my ability.
My main objective is to contribute positively to the company by imparting my expertise in setting up, calibrating, and operating tools and machineries as accurately and efficiently as possible. With my training, experience, and strong mathematical skills, I am confident that this objective can be achieved. As a machinist, I aim to operate machineries in strict accordance to specificities provided by the engineering team. My years of experience as a machinist would affirm to my proficiency and complying company safety regulations while maximizing productivity is highly committed. I am responsible for the proper set up and maintenance of machines,to troubleshoot problems such as mechanical breakdown and figure out how to improve production capacity.I have a sound understanding and superior level proficencies in reading technical drawings and implementing design techniques.This is my expertise for over 19 years in this industry.

My career path as a Machinist /Can End Maker includes the following high points:

*Incharge of change over of can end maker and maintain a good efficiency of the machine.
*Set up ,adjust and operate all the basic machine tools in order to perform precision machining operations.
*Identified the cause of suspected machine malfunctions and was able to replace worn-out part of a machine
*Ability to read and interpret documents such as blue print,safety rules,operating,maintenance instructions and procedure manual.
*Maintain a clean,organized work area and maintain all equipments like new appearance.
*Ensuring that the machine functions well to avoid interruptions in producing products.
*Currently held as Leadman in our Can Plant Department at Delmonte Philippines Incorporation.
