About me
I’m highly motivated and enthusiastic recently completing a 10,000km cycle ride around and across New Zealand. Now looking to work until the end of my working Holiday Visa which is valid until December. I have experience in a variety of roles from retail to hospitality and catering. Outdoor activity instruction to corporate relationship management. I have a proven track record in customer service and sales, and experienced working in and managing teams of people as well as working independently. Adept at using Microsoft office programs as well as working with bespoke booking systems. Confident in clear communication face to face via telephone and email.

Cycling events manager
Working in a small team planning, selling, implementing and delivery cycling events across Europe for Corporates and charities. Also involved with the planning and delivery of mountain events, specifically the UK 3 peaks challenge (highest peak in Scotland Wales and England within 24hours). As part of the small office team I was involved in all aspects of running and adventure tourism business, including management of freelance staff, administrative work and the on event instruction and co-ordination. Freelance Cycle and Mountain leader
Working with a variety of companies I had built relationships with I worked as a freelance instructor to gain more time out of office. Leading and assisting UK mountain / upland environment walks. Typically 3 peaks challenges, but also sunrise summit walks on Mt Snowdonia and in the Brecon Beacons. I also worked at a high ropes course and with a ropes course constructor.
